Quiet Neigborhood

220 Allison Street is a great building in a great neighborhood. You can easily walk to Fort Totten metro and Georgia Ave metro in about 15 mins top. The building is pretty quiet with cordial neighbors. WMATA's 64 gets you to Columbia Heights and U Street in no time. If your looking to explore downtown DC this is the perfect place to park and spend the entire day.
