Annex on 12th Apartments

Annex on 12th, is very impressive from the start and definitely separates itself from the other apartments building in DC. I just about toured every apartment in DC and there were 4 major categories that separated Annex on 12th from the rest. 1) The leasing team, you won’t find a better leasing team in DC, I had the pleasure of working with Megan whom by hands down was the best leasing agent I’ve had the experience to work with in the 5 years I’ve lived in DC. She was incredibly responsive and... accommodating and was a great reflection of what the apartment has to offer their tenants as far s customer service goes. 2) Annex on 12th is incredibly well kept and the staff is highly professional, adding to the sense of staying at home or boutique apartment which many tenants enjoy. 3) the amenities and shared space are hard to beat, personally myself the gym and any amenities relating to space where I can host groups is incredibly important and Annex is definitely top of the line. 4) Annex probably offers the best concessions in DC at the moment so strike while the iron is hot because it won’t always be there. I’m so glad I stumbled upon the Annex on 12th. I didn’t think of looking in this part of town. SW is quiet, but centrally located with super accessibility to the highway and public transportation. The facilities and decor are awesome. We quickly felt at home.

A beautiful building in a prime location near the National Mall, Annex on 12th provides a terrific community. The staff is professional and personable, and the facilities and amenities are first-rate.

The building has amazing views and amenities. I’ve enjoyed my first month so far - the leasing and concierge teams have made Annex on 12th feel like a new home!

Right in the heart and center of DC! Perfect for commuting anywhere with plenty of public transportation options!
