Annex on 12th is an amazing community to be a part of. The building is new, clean, secure, and well-maintained. The National Mall and the Warf are just steps away, and the location is extremely convenient for anyone who needs to take the Metro often. I would highly recommend the Annex to anyone looking to live in the heart of the nation's Capitol!

Bad experience all around. I do not recommend to others and have spoken to multiple people who have recently moved out due to similar issues I am having. Megan and Cameron are good though.

5/5 Would Recommend!

I’ve lived in three different apartment buildings in DC, and my experience at Annex on 12th has been the best so far. I’ve been here for eight months, and from day one, the staff has been consistently super friendly, professional, and accommodating.

I especially want to give kudos to Megan from the leasing team. She's an icon and has been my point of contact since day one, walking me through every step of the process and answering all of my questions, making the leasing process super easy....


The building itself feels very secure, which was important to me when choosing a home. It’s also impressively quiet. I’ve had little to no issues in my unit, and any minor service requests have been addressed quickly by the maintenance team.

The amenities are exactly what I was looking for and are well-maintained. The location has also been perfect for my needs. It's close to both a metro station and a bus stop, making it super easy and convenient to get around the city.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would very much recommend Annex on 12th to anyone (I've already referred a friend) looking for a new place to live in DC!
