The Quill by Alta

Living at The Quill by Alta ha been pleasurable. The location is everything as you are right by the Ravens Stadium and 95 so your commute is no worries. The parking is impeccable and at $100 a month you can't beat it. Some places charge $250 and up. My car has never been damaged and is secure in my space. The amenities are good including a rooftop terrace, swimming pool and spaces to entertain that are available to all. The management team does respond in efficient timing

It took no time to feel like this place was home. The building is beautiful and has amenities that I actually want to use. The apartment layout is open with a good amount of natural light and top-notch appliances. The staff here is so friendly and helpful and has been a pleasure working with them. This is a great place to live!

I was on a 12 month lease at this apartment complex a few months after they opened and I will say the apartment is not worth the rent that you pay the staff. There are incredibly passive aggressive and not helpful when you have an issue they basically tell you to figure it out yourself and they towed my car in my roommate’s car and my friend‘s car on three different occasions And basically told me that they couldn’t help me when we had valid parking and it cost us $350 cash or debit card... transaction each time to get our cars back.
