I moved to Banner Lane from a community with no amenities and no community, and I am pleased to say this has been a dramatic change of pace. I love and appreciate my home, my neighbors, the property, and our staff. It is in a Goldilocks location in an accessible part of town, yet maintains a neighborhood feel.

Beautiful building but managed poorly. Evict smokers and people that are trashing the building.
