The building and the surroundings are beautiful and clean. The neighbors are polite and respectful and the apartment is nice, spacious, with a well equipped, modern kitchen and a very comfortable bathroom. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am so loving my living experience in Ellicott House!

Ellicott House was my first apartment in DC and I lived there for just over three years, from August 2013 to October 2016. I was in a studio and overall had a nice experience there. The building itself is very nice. I did have some issues with the garbage disposal but besides that, I have no real complaints; management changed a few times but usually were helpful. Walking distance to Van Ness metro station and the L buses are right there. Close to Politics & Prose for all you nerds out there. I... moved out because the rent was just getting too high but if you can afford it, then I would recommend Ellicott House.

I like my new apartment in Ellicott House. Everybody is friendly . When you have problem it decide very fast. You can go to the swimming pool or gym. Thank you Ronald for help with my apartment!

Horrible management, horrible owner who is cutting concierge and security hours, poorly maintained building, fairly incompetent maintenance, in a neighborhood where businesses are closing, long awaited new businesses are not opening, theft is rampant, next door park where all kinds of sketchy things happen...Just NO.
