I recently moved into this apartment community and have had a great experience so far. The property is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed, and my apartment was in excellent condition at move-in.

Jamil made the move-in process smooth and professional, and communication was clear and timely. The location is convenient and well-situated to all the main DC attractions including the National Harbor, making it easy to settle in quickly.

Overall, this community has made a strong first impression,... and I’m happy with my decision to move here. The amenities are top tier!

There is a lot still being worked out. Concierge is often unavailable. Additional key fobs unavailable.. unclear what has happened to the shuttle to the metro. Lack of parking lack of connection to transportation, make this a difficult building to live in. On the other hand complaints about smoke have been very quickly taken care of thank you..
