A Diamond In The Rough 7-31-2020

The property itself is a great place to live, conveniently
located bordering Maryland and Washington, DC. Its
easy access to public transportation right outside the
door can't be beat. The relatively spacious 750 square
foot one bedroom units boast ample closet space,
practical floor plans, and a private terrace which runs
the entire length of each unit. Large sliding windows
and terrace access flood each unit with natural light.
The lobby and public space in these buildings is
relatively... modest and due for an upgrade given the
buildings' age. That being said...the saving grace
of building curb appeal exists due to the tireless efforts
of an outstanding maintenance team.

its very small for me i need a one bedroom now i live in a public houseing apt my rent is 235.00 month i have been here 10 yrs its time to upgrade please help
