DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE!!!!!!

I do not care how “cheap” it is. It maybe cheap now but it will go up every year and they don’t offer anything for the price raise. The pictures do NOT match what the apartments actually look like. People smoke cigarettes in the hallways and you WILL smell it through your apartment. The hallways are dirty!!!! They don’t even have closets for guest to hang their coats or your coats. There is nothing local to this trash apartment except Eastover and that is not a compliment!!! You’re literally… better off staying in a shelter than here. LITERALLY! The staff is horrible and if something breaks they will definitely replace it with something from another available unit! I can’t even believe I moved here!!!!!!

Friendship Courts

I been living at these apartments for the pass 8 years . The Maintenance have been good . Only thing I dislike about the complex it's one way in and one way out and they only provide 1-2 bedroom apartments and there are no linen closet . Parking is also bad . Overall I rate these apartments 6 for convenience because it's walking distance from grocery store , gas station , and metro assessable.
