Not what it appears to be.

Not all of the apartments are updated. The office manager is great and cares about the tenants, but the management company could care less. Some of the buildings are fine but some are infested with mice. There are wild raccoons roaming the property, even during the day, and hanging out in the dumpsters. The corporate office knows this and does nothing. The so-called exterminator comes around when he feels like it and puts down mouse traps but it doesn't work because the mice run around the traps… . They want you to put your own carpet down but the floors are so uneven it would be a hazard. The residents are pretty friendly though and helpful. There is no such thing as emergency maintenance here anymore either.

RUN! DO NOT LOOK BACK!!@

This property is beyond horrible. Rodents, roaches, spiders, dirt/trash falling out the bathroom ventilator fan, you really don't need a key to enter your apartment... if you lean on it hard enough it will open. Poor customer service. Some staff goes beyond observation for security reasons, (1 per in particular) in your business like you're on a reality show! The laundry room does have washers/dryers, but they're hanging on by a thread. Walls filthy, Carpet filthy... simply and all around… disastrous property and they have the audacity to charge more than $1000 for this worthless jewel that sits in an crime infested area. Shame on them!!!

Great kitchen upgrades, New cabinets and appliances, Very Large units with balconies. Great property with great views from the hill.
