Tenant Neglect

Owner don’t want to fix anything when needed, the mice was eating threw the walls from behind the stove came out 5 times foamed the holes each time the mice ate right back through, bathroom ceiling been leaking for 6 months, the came out replaced a part cut a hole in my ceiling and the leak continued and they never came back to cover hole or fix leak!! Do not do it

Just To Let You Know!

I went to view this property. I went to two separate buildings. The 1st building the apartment was ok, but it looked nothing like the pictures. Nothing like it. The hallway looked dirty & as if illegal transactions go down as well as the laundry room. The 3bd room in the 2nd building was better. It still looked nothing like the picture. No nice kitchen or bathroom. The only positive was the closet and it was spacious. They have mice, probably roaches, but definitely mice. There were mice… dropping on the counter & a very could scent as soon as you opened the door. Maintenance work is subpar, I would rather do it myself. Also 3 bd room had a fire before. With the pungent smell & old fire it was a bad in an for me. But it's convenient to a lot of things.
