Mosquitoes!!!

Nice apt layout & square footage. Moved in 7/30/21. Mosquitoes/gnats/debris IN MY APT and I work from home. Manager (Lauren) has yelled at me twice, now. Lied about paid monthly parking waitlist until after notice given/lease signed. Told I was 41 on parking waitlist 7/30; on 9/10 I was 43? Guests can pay for parking though.

CONSTRUCTION

This building is located next to an active, loud construction site (project just started). Dump trucks arrive before 7am. If you live here, you can wake up to the sound of them idling outside your window. The building is not near any decent green space. Prices are insane for the low quality of life you get.

Mixed feelings about this building... I toured it trying to decide where to live. I was tempted, but the Cons won over the Pros.

Pros:
Band new building
Nice floor plan
Friendly staff

Cons:
Does not honor their website specials
Very few amenities until its sister building is built in 1-2 years.
No Pool
No indoor activity center like a pool table or game room
