Where to begin with this building. Roaches constantly accumulate on the steps outside, get into the building, and thus into your unit. Neighbors smoke cigarettes indoors and the building mangement is ineffective in stopping this behavior. Constant fights in the hallways, screaming in other units (that you can hear inside your unit), and general disregard for community well-being. DO NOT move here or purchase any unit on this property.
