There have been ongoing issues with rodents and the garage door and there isn’t a good solution in sight. It feels like everything is a band aid solution and it’s only a matter of time until something worse happens. I also asked for some simple additions to the fitness area and they were both denied because of budget and this was before the whole rat ordeal. Would not recommend anyone to live here at this point in time.

I really liked living here up until there was a lack of communication about our apartment flooding, lack of communication about remediation efforts, and a multi month rat infestation.

The rear lobby (which is the main entrance for most residents) remains covered in rat poop with no ceiling, after months of a horrible stench of rotting rat carcass went unaddressed.
