Paradise At Parkside Apartments

I am currently moving out due to extreme infestations of rodents on the entire property. Management is rude and unresponsive. Cheap is not worth the stress this property gives.

I have been living around paradise for two years now . It’s so many mouses . There were plenty of time I saw mouses in my apartment and I stay beside the rental office . Mouse been in my bed and on my kitchens counter . I have a clean house to . Please don’t move here it’s not worth it at all . I barely don’t get no sleep keep seein mouse . Maintenance is very lazy . I can’t wait to move . Please don’t move here it’s mice infested

This place is for people who don’t work! I’ve had a hole in the wall for 2 years that maintenance put there. The community is no good it’s shooting every other day most of the bullets are hitting kids and women. Police is always here but never prevents anything

I’ve been here for 4 years. My very first apartment. . this place is only to help you get on your feet! I deal with mice on a daily!! I can be cooking or cleaning mice are running from one door to another. I had mice run under my stove while i cook. No matter how much you sanitize they’ll always be here. Maintenance is horrible. The entire property is horrible. DON’T MOVE HERE !!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and I’ve witnessed a decline in the upkeep with the inside of the units. Maintenance staff is a joke. They never fix things and when you call the young lady answering the phone seems incompetent. The hallways stink of weed and are never clean. The no pet policy is none existent as there are plenty of pitbulls roaming the property off leash and using the bathroom all over the sidewalks and grass. The property manager put notices out about the dogs but don’t... enforce them. This place is not worth the headache and very misleading on the outside.
