DO NOT MOVE HERE
I’ve been living here for awhile and it’s just getting worst each year. Now it’s under new management and rent has gone up but everything else has gotten worst. My hvac filter has not been change in over a year and the only time they change it is if I send out request not only has it not been change, it’s moldy. I’ve been having respiratory problems and now I know why. I have holes all over from rat infestation and I keep patching it up. Last time I called about mouse holes I was told if they... aren’t patching it up that I should just do it myself. I found a crack on the stairs smoking.
