I have really enjoyed living here. I appreciate that the public areas are cleaned every day and that there is upkeep for the pool. The staff are all lovely.

Just moved in and the process has been pretty flawless. We reserved a loading dock, got a uhaul, and now are set up!
While we are still trying to figure out the rest of the building, we have had good experiences so far!

We just moved in and so far so good! Staff have been super helpful and the apartment is lovely, as are the amenities. We can't wait to use the pool and the rooftop soon!

We still love living at Senate Square and still think it's one of the best apartment buildings in DC! I wish the pool was wider/bigger/deeper but it's nice to have one.
There needs to be an extra elevator in the Concord building or an extra freight elevator when people move.

The location and amenities are nice. However, concierge desk staffing is not 24/7, despite promises that it is, and notifications about package deliveries are unreliable.
