Great Location

Bus stop is yards away - 20 minutes to Foggy Bottom or Tenleytown. CVS, Post Office, Dry Cleaners, Whole Foods, and Fedex in walking distance. Giant, Safeway, Georgetown Hospital nearby by bus. Building consists of studios and 1-bedrooms. Packages accepted. Laundry room. Not sure about other units but my studio has no kitchen exhaust, bathroom exhausts, garbage dispoal or diswasher. No balconies. Maintenance man escorts all workment to your unit and is often near the door acting as security… . Roof deck is nice - great place to see the whole city, especially on July 4th. Dryness ruined many shoes. Invisible bug chewed on all cashmeres and silks. There was a roach outbreak in my apartment for 6 months. Ceiling leaked for years, on every heavy rain. There is a laundry facility. Small freight elevator. Only 5-6 parking spaces for whole building for $150, but they are not in demand.

Good Option in Glover Park

Sherry Hall is conveniently located, competitively priced, and well maintained. I have been in the building for almost three months and have been happy with my decision. The on-site staff is helpful and responsive. The rooftop has great views of the city and is a really nice amenity.

I do have a couple of frustrations with the building. I immediately noticed that my unit had a bug problem. I got on the bi-weekly exterminator list as soon as possible and I have noticed an improvement, but… they're not completely gone. I'm not sure why the building doesn't automatically have each unit treated regularly, but at least the option is available. I would also like to see the laundry room updated. It's pretty crazy that in this day and age washing machines still require quarters. A card system would be greatly appreciated!
