Good and Getting Better

I've been in the community for 9 months and the management staff is helpful. They have addressed all my concerns when I've discussed it with them. Security has been very helpful since I've been here. The building maintenance and cleaning staff are always taking care of the building. I do wish there was more parking in the building. I would give this 5 stars if they would power wash the garage(dusty).

bad.place, you want your money spend in a bad place. i won't . the security and manager no respect. beginning is ok. once i m in . they are bad. look at my eye -._ -. sad.

There's LOTS of information to be given.

I was really concerned about the amount of information that I actually had to submit when applying for an apartment at St. Stephens. Anyways, I felt a little edgy about giving up my some much personal information, but after coming in contact with the two representatives or agents from St. Stephens, namely, Sharma and Byron, because of their professional approach, I felt just a little more at ease. It was somewhat of a back and forth experience taking in information that was needed for… processing, but I was able to submit all that was required. I feel that St. Stephens Apts are lovely and it is wonderful that apartments are being builded throughout the Metropolitan area. I am happy that I experienced the process and now I am ready to move forward in searching for an apartment that is comfortable for me according to my needs. My prayers are all of those who are seeking SHELTER, for shelter is a basic human necessity. I am happy to say, THANK YOU St Stephens for your time and consideration. I am moving forward...
