Everything has been great, except for the responsiveness of maintenance! I’ve tried to get them to come twice in one week and it still hasn’t happened yet. Trying to fix two things that were broken when I moved in last week.

Management lacks in integrity, and the maintenance team skill set is horrible, too. The concierge team needs retraining in customer service.

Loving my place at the moment, can’t wait for the spring/summer for when the rooftop pool can be used. Although some of my appliances haven’t worked recently maintenance has been on top of it. Great place so far though!

I absolutely love my apartment, it has completely exceeded my expectations. Every corner feels cozy and full of personality, and it’s quickly become my favorite place to unwind and spend time with loved ones. The other night we had a family movie night in the plant room, surrounded by all the greenery and soft lights, and it felt magical. It’s moments like that that make me so grateful to call this place home.
