I love the building , staff is great they should be more friendly and welcoming at concierge and hallways should be more maintenance with shampoo carpets , sweeping and air fresheners it sometimes can be smelly.

Definitely had a great year living here so far, the staff here goes above and beyond, the amenities get cleaned daily, and the location is amazing and easily walkable being right in between NOMA and Capitol Hill. Only suggestion would be more mirrors in the gym, get rid of boxing area and put weights up there instead.
