My experience here continues to be great. The staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Dolcezza has also added a nice feel to the place.

The quality of this building has gone down from when we initially moved in and we are not planning to renew our lease. The hallway (and sometimes our apartment) smells like marijuana often and we’ve complained multiple times without resolve.
I love the convenience of this area but the price we pay for the apartment is no longer worth it to me.

The Apollo is a stunning residence and I am very pleased with the amenities as well as the 24/7 concierge access. The team here is exceptionally kind and make themselves readily available. It's easily accessible to the H Street streetcar, grocery stores are nearby, and it's an ideal location due to proximity to Union Station, Capitol Hill, Union Market, and more. They intentionally make an effort to make you feel like home here. I'm looking forward to the remainder of my time here.
