The only good things about MassCourt is the community we have built, the support we get from some of the leasing staff and the location. Otherwise the building is way overpriced and has many issues from Security to maintenance to the outdated apartments and appliances, and the amenities that are broken for half of the year.

I've lived in the building for a little over two years. I've honestly enjoyed my residency here. I usually don't need to go to the leasing office or maintenance for a ton, but they're always really helpful whenever I need to (shoutout to Ruth and Jamarey). I've also created a nice little community here that I was worried about leaving when my last lease was up.
The only reason I give the building four stars instead of five is mostly because for a luxury building, a lot of the appliances are... old, and I've had issues in two separate apartments with the stove and bugs. That stuff happens in the middle of the city, but still. Responses have been pretty good regarding those issues.

Overall the experience has been great. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The building does have a lot to offer and the neighborhood is wonderful. I would like to see all the apartments get updated with newer appliances/amenities.

Mass Court is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. They have the best amenities compared to any other apartment complex in DC, particularly the year-round pool and hot tub on the roof. The other rooftop has an amazing view of DC, including the Washington Monument and the fireworks. The leasing staff has also spent extra effort to plan various social events every month. There are various apartment floor plans to meet different preferences. The concierge and leasing staff are very... friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quickly resolves any maintenance issues the same day. Additionally, Mass Court is located next to I-395, which makes it incredibly quick and easy to get out of the city by car without having to deal with DC traffic when driving to Virginia or Maryland.
