This luxury apartment building does not fix esthetic issues (paint falling from walls, scratched toilets, etc.), has a poor building management team and has zero amenities for children. Waste management is not good (trash shoot not operational for a month). There was a flood in April 2026 that has caused a lot of damage to one side of the building and shown how bad building management is.
