I am a short-term renter, but I was told after I signed my lease that this issue has gone on for years. Building advertises as non-smoking, but there is no real way for the condo board to enforce it. Cigarette smoking continues to occur indoors and can be smelled throughout the common space in hallway and, unfortunately, in apartments nearby on a certain floor. Do not recommend buying or renting a unit in this building, especially if sensitive to smoke.
