I loved the property and felt that management was very responsive. I ended up choosing another one that lined up more closely with what I needed but would turn to Kayla again in the future.

Amenities are included and the complex has on site laundry. Also, management is very accommodating and helpful, especially during the move in process.

This property’s getting worse and worse, especially with NOVO taking over as management. They are EXTREMELY slow to respond to maintainance requests IF the respond at all. Neighbors are loud. A/C is not included, you have to “rent” the window unit. And the unit is in just 1 room. Neighbors are disgusting, just throwing bags of garbage in the trash room, not in the bins. I’ve had roach infestations, mice I’ve seen running to the bathroom from my kitchen, mosquitoes and flys constantly in the... apartment, dirty common areas, trash in the stairwells, etc. when brought up with management NOTHING get done. If you get them at all. Only positive is all the amenities are included
