Don't waste your money here

It seems affordable, but you'll end up having to deal with a lot more crap than expected. Absolutely AWFUL communication from management, and no way to contact Novo Properties (the parent company) to get any other help so you're stuck dealing with the property manager who will avoid/ignore your calls! I've seen mice, roaches, bed bugs. Weird people lurking around the dumpsters and nosy neighbors. My main issue is with the property manager and her complete inability to schedule anything properly.… I don't feel safe here and wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Absolutely horrible

From roaches to mice, this place is absolutely filthy and horribly managed. I suggest finding ANYWHERE ELSE to live. Management will ignore you and not address the horrible infestations. They simply don’t care.

Bed bugs

I’ve lived here for just under a year and have recently noticed bed bugs in my apartment. Management has been unresponsive and has done the bare minimum to handle the situation. And it’s not just my apartment, the entire building is infested

Enjoy living here, Lidia, the manager, is pleasant and efficient, always takes time to listen and the maintenance team keep this place going and give a quick response to any issues. We are close to shopping banks and restaurant.
