Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome location!
This is the perfect building.
Location: You're very close to George Washington University, you're a 5 minute walk away from the Foggy Bottom station, and you're ten minutes away from Georgetown. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
Staff: The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. They will bend over backwards to help you take care of apartment related issues.
Apartment: Really great. The owner made some adjustments to the original floor plan, and the apartment seems much more open. ... There is pink marble tiling throughout the apartment, and the kitchen area is very open,m not like your typical galley kitchen. The bathroom has one of those jet tubs,. There's a balcony that overlooks the Potomac, which is awesome.
No common areas, though.
