I’m writing this review to share my honest experience as a resident in this building. Unfortunately, it has been marked by ongoing security issues and a growing sense of discomfort.
We have had three bicycles stolen from the bike room. This clearly highlights serious security deficiencies in the building.
In the past month, we’ve encountered intoxicated individuals in the elevator on three occasions, which has been both unsettling and concerning for our safety and that of our children... .
Additionally, we know of neighbors who have witnessed package thefts inside the building, which contributes to a general sense of insecurity in a place that should be safe for residents.
Several of our friends and neighbors have already decided to move out for these reasons.

Living at the Hartley has been great, very convenient for our commute and everything we need is a short walk or drive away. Some neighbors are very nice and considerate, others less so, the amenities are great, a few issues still persist (middle of the night fire alarms, occasional parking garage issues) but overall a positive experience.

I love living at the Hartley. The location is great, I enjoy the different themed parties and event they have and the amenities are excellent. Can't wait for summer for the pool to reopen!

All great. We are truly grateful for a new environment, more space , a more polite management workers. Very clean and quite. Maintenance responds very quick thank ?? u. We pray that the living conditions and people stay the same but of course there is always better. Thank you
