My wife and I really love living at the Hartley. There's always a lot to do in the community such as music festivals, bingo and karaoke and flee markets in the courtyard. The staff is very helpful and they follow up promptly whenever there is a question or concern. Also, it is conveniently located to public transportation. We also appreciate the 11p.m. - 7a.m. quiet time rule.

Management is nice and easy to work with. Some of the staff can be unprofessional, but they’re not terrible. Communal and elevator spaces are usually dirty, more cleaning will help. Amenities are nice and kept up with. Tv’s don’t work so good. Overall 6.5/10.

The Hartley is a very nice place to live. The building is clean and very convenient to public transportation. I particularly enjoy all of the wonderful amenities and the mandatory quiet hours (11 pm - 7 am). I highly recommend the Hartley.
