Building Gone Downhill
Literal homeless people following you into the building!! Management or ownership doesn’t care so good luck complaining about it. No longer a safe building. Aside from that, it’s in a central location for GWU students.

Loving it so far! The front desk staff is extremely kind - especially david - and everything else has been more than satisfactory. Leasing office has been responsive and nice and made my move in super easy and efficient!

Good though; y’all should have ran appliances before I moved in so they were working you my arrival. There was broken washing machine when I ran it first time as a piece is broken in it.
