This property is fabulous

This apartment complex has been been incredible and has exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to DC and upon arrival I was met with a warm welcome from the staff who have been very accommodating, immediately I felt like I was at home. They provided many local recommendations and I have found the apartment to be in a great area! The apartment was cleaned beyond expectation and I felt safe initially and continue to. My experience living at this apartment has made my transition to a new city… much easier than I could have imagined.

Great Amenities and Pet Friendly

When looking for an apartment I tend to be very picky especially since I have a little wiener dog. Pets can make this process a lot harder than it has to bed but at the Rodney it was a walk in the park. They were very accepting with my dog! I also like to work out so them having a gym was another great amenity! So much easier than going to a planet fitness!

No Regrets

This is the nicest apartment I've rented in so long. The management team at The Rodney is so responsive and helpful. Not to mention the location is awesome and everything is so well maintained.
