Which a great location with elevated design touches that really makes each apartment unique and enjoyable. The views are great and the rooftop terrace is such a nice way to enjoy a sunset.

Overall, very happy with the experience so far. All the residents have been very nice and kind, the staff are friendly and most things are working out well.

The apartment has great amenities, however, the recent price surges no longer make the apartments worth the price.

Also the leasing office is friendly but very unhelpful. A neighbor reported the garage ceiling was leaking on the cars and was told “that was the intended behavior”. The maintenance man is over worked and under staffed. Also when looking to move apartments the leasing office constantly advertised the wrong price and was unaware of what apartments were actually listed on the website...
and for what price. Myself and other residents had to correct the leasing office multiple times.

The only positives are David, Allyn, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Emily was not helpful.

That said, I’m very sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve raised regarding pricing transparency, communication from the leasing office, and the condition of the garage. Your experience in these areas is not the standard we aim to provide.Regarding pricing and availability, I understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter inconsistencies. Availability and pricing can change quickly, but it is our responsibility to ensure we are providing accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Your feedback makes it clear that we need to do better here.I also want to address your comments about the garage leak and maintenance staffing. I have brought up the concerns about the garage leaking, this is caused when our janitorial team cleans out the trash room. There is a drain in that room that leads directly to P2 and has been something that we have been looking to find a better solution for. We are hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible. Lastly, I sincerely apologize that you felt I was not helpful. That is never my intention, and I regret that this was your experience.
