Please replace the pad with real tv remotes that work! All items in a community room should be operational. With a lack of typical ammenities (business room, pool), this should be not be an ongoing 2 year issue.

Our move in was so smooth thanks to Henok and the concierge staff. Really decreased my stress! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Great experience for a first time apt tenant!

I have lived for 3 years. Shawntay and Keona always made me feel welcome and are very helpful. I love their positive energy. Shawtay help me resolve an issue with a maintance reauest that I put in.

It is going on three years and I am still in love with the area and my apartment thanks to the wonderful staff! In this present day and age it is heartwarming to come home and be greeted with a big smile and kind words. The staff provides fun events and different creative activities. I could not be happier living at The Tide!

I am truly in love with my new residence..From the kitchen when you first walk in is amazing. The view is awesome and the staff makes you feel at home. Everything wss nice and neat its everything i could have imagined and more. I can not wait to use the gym and the swimming pool. It is so many things and activities to do in the area. And it is metro accessible so i do not have any issues with traveling. I am grateful and honored to be a resident here at the tide.
