I love it here

The property manager is a real sweetheart her and her team be on it when something goes wrong she’s a email or phone call away since I been here I haven’t had not one problem with any of the coming when I call

Review for staff

An abundance of resources available to the community. Community events and responsive maintenance. I was almost evicted, the resources helped me catch up on payments and keep my apartment. This review is for staff only, not the conditions or the patrons of the community. It’s probably one of the most affordable properties I was able to find for 3 bedrooms. You get what you pay for. The staffs service is great and it’s affordable.

Great workers

Since I been here they have been very helpful with everything I ask and have given me time to take care of things I need especially ms Sherika she has been easy to get along with and talk to she get things done

Great Staff

I have been living here for almost two years, and I would have to say I had NO problems. The staff was very efficient and have been very professional and always made sure that my daughter and I were well taken care of. Any and ALL requests that were made, were always taken care of in a timely fashion, as the customer service was always a priority.

If I wasn't leaving due to job relocation I would still be here!

Rodent infested. Maintenance do not do repairs. Community is a dump
