This property is pest ridden and run down

Please do not rent an apartment in this building, they are asking for luxury apartment prices, but the building is a slum. Management is non existent, they have been through 4 management companies in less than 2 years. People defecate in the stairwells, the apartments are pest ridden, trash is dumped in the hallways and that doesn't even cover it. Don't even waste your time with this property.
