Smooth Move Great moving process from start to finish so excited about my new place

Results, duct cleansing I needed my air-ducts / vents, cleaned and sanitizer,for health reasons; the response, was almost immediate.. The issue, was resolved; An appointment, was made, through St Andrew's maintenance department; who contacted me, giving me, the date and time, to expect, said service, that was made for Memorial. A professional duct cleaning service, arrived at, my apartment, in a timely manner; putting shoe covers, over their shoes; ( being mindful, to show care; not... trailing, dirt, into my apartment); Impressive...
Again, I was pleasantly - pleased, even more, how things were handled by St
Andrew. I can say, my health issue, is no longer a concern; resolution, was immediate.. From their response, I can say, I hoped, to have a long residential, stay, here at, St Andrews Community
"I continue, to be impressed, by what's, not just lip service, but St Andrew, standing behind what they profess. Their following through, with their, said commitment, to their tenants. Doing. exactually, what signed, in our leasing agreement.
I can say; I have had the best experience, thus far. I've renewed, my lease and hope to have a long stay here, at St Andrews, My past experiences, has been negative, at other apartment rentals; tenants breaking rules, letters only; NO CONSEQUENCE.. for me , resulting in moving. Even breaking my lease.
Trying to find an establishment that actually, upholds, their own rules; RARE;

In less than 24 In less than 24 hours, my apartment's issue was resolved!

Ac still not cooling up stairs A technician came it and did some fixes, but still no change. The only room that cools in the house is the basement. The leaving room and bedrooms up stairs are still very hot. No cool air blowing
