Verified Renter

Absolutely miserable leasing experience with incompetent leasing staff that cannot get it together. To sum it up quickly: They lie about when the units are available. They lie about when you can see the units before signing the lease. They lie about the amenities on their site, to your face, AND in writing and will gaslight you when you call them out and show proof. Your rental info is bounced between multiple leasing staff that will "lose" your email so you have to stay on top of them to make... sure they do the job they're paid to do. READ YOUR LEASE AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. They will try to tack on fees that aren't in the lease hoping you don't catch on. Protect yourself. They are playing around with people's shelter and it's a shame. At the end of the day these people get to sleep, wake up, and make someone else's experience miserable while not caring if their mistakes leaves them without a roof over their head. 2 stars because of the value for the rent.

New Home

I'm so grateful for Karol and the property manager. My process has been nothing but pleasant. There were a few things that I needed to be fixed in my new home and the Maintenace team has been phenomenal with getting things done for me quickly in a timely manner. Karol has been welcoming and has gone far and beyond to make my home and experience wonderful. She has made sure my son and I are happy in our new home. The staff has been truly extraordinary, outstanding and remarkable. I look forward... to making here my home for years to come.

Really enjoying the place so far, only thing I would say is that I wish I had another way to enter the front door incase my phone dies I will still have another way to get in

I’ve been in my home for almost a month now. Everything is great! Karol, one of the property managers, made the entire application process super smooth. My neighbors are nice. The property is clean. I’m happy with my choice to live at Woodacres apartment homes.
