Don’t do it !!!!

This was the most traumatizing living experience I’ve ever had. I was in this apartment all of 4 months because it had a terrible roach and mice infestation. Mice crawling in the walls. Roaches crawling in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and even the washer and dryer. Even though the living conditions were inhabitable they still charged for moving out before the lease ended. Do not move here.

Regarding lease obligations, all move-out charges are assessed in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement. Our experience has been good. The only issue is the parking. It would be great if for the summer a family discount can be given for swimming and also to have a grill at the pool site since we are not allowed the have them anymore. Thanks

Verified Renter

The appliance is very old and the cleaning of the corridor is not done regularly. The rent is very disorganized same flat they are charging old residents very high rate and newcomers they are giving at 500$ less rates this is not time based observed this since 1 year and while renewal of lease also they don’t offer new less rates same flat I pay 500$ higher. Water charges are high and gas charges are high .

Have lived here for few years and leasing office commitments towards making residents happy with living experience is completely lost, they are only behind money. Pay for every thing. Have a list of problems which never will be answered properly, only answer we get is Management's decision.
No security lock for doors, no cc tv -even though there are many parcel thefts happening, mice problem in every building, Heater problem (solved temporarily)
