THE Salty Beach Love Family Home is a two-story home with wood floors and plantation shutters throughout. Sleep in the first floor Queen bedroom, or three Queen bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has four single bunks.

Our neighborhood association asks us to register the names of all guests with them. They request your names, home address, phone number, emergency contact information, and auto license tag number(s) and the State of registration.

We will need this registration information promptly, and at least the day before the first rental day.

Our HOA requires that the guest who made the reservation sign the HOA registration form before occupying the property, acknowledging that they have received the community rules and regulations. ID of all adult guests may be required at check-in or during the rental period.

If you choose to bring a watercraft, there is a boat launch ramp available for renters to utilize while visiting. A boat launch permit (fee) is required. An application form needs to be completed in advance and will be provided to you by the hosts upon request at the time of reservation in order to process the application in a timely manner.
