Wonderful Community!

Ascend by the Sea is a wonderful community! The grounds are perfectly maintained, and the buildings are well-constructed. The living spaces are light and spacious with plenty of storage space. Melanie and her office staff are professional and knowledgeable. It’s a peaceful place and close to the beach, but without the hustle and bustle.

Fantastic Community

Great location & beautiful apartments!

Great location! I love all of the amenities, especially the gym. I love all of the storage space in the units like the walk-in closets & all of the cabinets. The units are beautiful too.

Verified Renter

For the most part everything has been great. I love the area, the community, and the amenities that come with the community.
There has been a few concerns, luckily most of them have started to become addressed. But the bird situation was getting out of hand. Also, the bird poop everywhere not being washed is pretty gross. Lastly, the dump areas are starting to get messy. There has been trash left outside the dumpsters for weeks that have not been addressed.
All and all, maintenance inside... living quarters have been good. But outside maintenance could use some TLC.
