Quiet place to live. The onlty thins i hear are the whipporwill birds singin outside my windilow and that demented locomotive engineer who sometime blasts his freight train whistle at 2 am as he ambles thru downtown newark.
This location is ideal. More than a dozen restaurants at the grove. Supermarket. Bowling. Pickleball! (Hope you survive). Liquor store. But why no marijuant... dispensary in this mall? The closest one is several miles away.

Compass at The Grove is wonderful. When we decided to retire from Florida to Delaware we decided to rent before buying to get to k ow the area. We were going to tour several places. We toured here first and never toured another place. We have now renewed our lease and absolutely love it here. We are in no rush to buy a house anymore.

Everything is nice and clean. Quiet and easy to park with lots of amenities. Quick maintenance services when needed. Nice community with local shops and food.
