I love living here . The location is great for shopping, eating, and walking on trails. You can walk to many locations and the university of Delaware is around the corner. Many restaurants for students is a ten minute walk.

Great experience so far! The space is clean and very spacious - especially for a studio. The staff are extremely nice - from front desk to maintenance - everyone I've met so far has been awesome. Looking forward to meeting some residents!

I've lived here for two years, and I don't want to go anywhere else. What makes living at Compass at the Grove special is not only the incredible space and amenities but also the friendly staff who work here. They are always available to help you with a smile on their faces. From building managers to maintenance staff, everyone who works here is friendly and incredible. Additionally, the building is always very well maintained, and all the events happening here make it even more fun. Finally,... after two years, The Grove has been growing, and I love all the things around the community!
