This is my second year at Compass at the Grove with an upgrade from a 1BR to a 2BR and I’m as happy today as I was the first day I moved in 2023!! I tell everyone that the decision to move here was one of the best I’ve made for me & my family!!

We love the grove!
Live here for 3 years , since it open!
Everything is in walking distance. Acme, gym, hair salon , Starbucks , restaurants and many Moore !

Might be the best apartment in Delaware, and the staff and management are exceptional. The location can’t be beat in terms of being close to everything, and as more stores in The Grove open it will get even better
