I am not happy. I've been emailing the office about the door on the third floor of building 9000 for months now. Before I decided to send a direct email to Richard, the door would follow the same pattern: it gets better after fixing and stops trying to kill you with a smash, and then slowly becomes worse and worse. After I sent an email to Richard, there has been no change and it has been about 3 weeks now. I understand the first two weeks: we had a bad snow storm so the attention was most... likely there, but now I am getting irritated and annoyed. A friend was visiting us and that door smashed his Achilles. And another day we had a Comcast Internet guy jokingly say how the door on our floor can kill someone, so I am not the only one that sees that door as a problem. It is very heavy and now it is also very loud as we can hear everyone exiting through it with an obnoxious BAM sound. At this point I don't even know what to do to get that door fixed once and for all.

I needed a quick move-in apartment in a very short amount of time due to my life situation, the staff was incredibly helpful and gracious. I toured 3-4 other similar properties within 10 miles and this was by far the best experience. Really appreciate them helping me out during a tough time.

Poorly constructed. Not well insulated. Impossible to stay warm in winter. The “heat” has been running for hours with no increase in temperature. At one point the temperature reading went backwards. It’s basically a fan blowing cold air. The thermometer I purchased shows the room is 59 degrees. Meanwhile your electric bill will reflect your attempt to heat the apartment. Pathetic
