Lived here almost 3 years and every month their was an issue. From old pipes that caused two leaks had the old carpet soaked and the ceiling stain for like 6 months, the kitchen sink overflowing almost weekly, outlets not working, roaches, peeling tub that took them 2 years to replace even tho they went to check it out multiple times and my favorite the AC unit breaking down during the summer and it taking them almost a year to replace it they kept ‘fixing’ it even though it wouldn’t cool past... 74 and yet they kept raising the rent yearly. I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Cooper's Place, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The first thing that caught my attention was how well-maintained and clean the entire house was. It's evident that the landlord takes great pride in ensuring the property is in top-notch condition.

Our newly renovated apartment had a terrible mouse problem immediately after moving in due to the badly done remodel. Maintenance tried to enter our apartment multiple times without the 48 hour legally required notice and then nobody could answer who or why someone tried to enter while we were not home. Front office acts nice but they are completely unprofessional. We were charged double rent on multiple occasions and were sent in the wrong direction for months, told to call the bank then the... 3rd party that processes payments all to be sent right back to the front office who was ultimately responsible for returning the money. We were also charged an extra month after moving out so they could take more money for “repairs” despite already paying the “renovating and reletting” fee as well as them keeping our entire deposit. Increased our rent without notice until we asked about it. AC broke in mid july and it took them over 2 weeks to fix. The list goes on and on. We were never told when we signed our lease agreement that our apartment would be a roach infested trap. We have waited for mngmnt to do something, but they’re a joke.
