Change in management

The property used to be managed well, but has since been disorganized (especially interior maintenance and rent collection).

1. The office was often unattended during COVID. Difficulty reaching someone who could help.

2. Unclear directions to how to pay rent. Specific procedures had to be followed when sending the check, otherwise you will be responsible for a late fee of $75.

3. Non-emergency maintenance was put on hold. The heat setting in my apartment was stuck and there was nothing I… could do.

I decided to live here based on the prior reviews, but it seems like things have changed.

This Place Is Home!

Montgomery Court Apartments is a place that makes sure your happiness is their top priority! My boyfriend and I along with our dog moved in almost a year ago and we must say that this place has truly become our home! The property manager Gail and the maintenance man Dereck are so wonderful! They are always willing to help you out with anything you may need help with in order to make sure your stay is the best! If you are looking for a place that immediately makes you feel at home, is pet… friendly, and ensures you that your living needs are met at the very best quality, look no further because Montgomery Court Apartments in Narberth is the place to call home!

Amazing Apartment Complex!

I spent 3 years at Montgomery Courts and loved every second of it! Narberth is a hidden gem of a town with a cute coffee shop, a book store and many locally owned restaurants. I enjoy walking and was able to walk to the train, Wawa, and many supermarkets (Acme. Giant, Whole Foods).

During my time I lived in a one bedroom apartment. The rooms are a great size for furniture, with hardwood floors, high ceilings and plenty of closet space. My one bedroom apartment had 5 closets – 2 of which were… in the bedroom – so essentially a whole wall length of closet space. My apartment was newly renovated and painted in beautiful neutral colors that really added a sense of home. Also the sunlight was amazing! My apartment faced into the courtyard so I had amazing natural light. Big plus are the storage units in the basement! They are available to all tenant free of charge. Very helpful with storing things such as Christmas decorations.

I can’t say enough good things about Gail (property manager) and Derek (maintenance). The front office staff are extremely helpful, and all maintenance requests have been met quickly. All of my few requests were answer and resolved very timely!

Montgomery Court Apartments-Great place to walk a cat outside

About three years ago, I was told that I needed to move from my current apartment because the building was sold and I had one month to find a new one. So, I went around the corner to Montgomery Court and found a three bedroom. I love living here. It's beautifully maintained inside and out, repairs happens asap and the landscaping, which is also a benefit to living here, is perfect for walking my old man cat, who is 14 and still loves an adventure.
