What a GREAT place to live

Hunters Crossing is a GREAT place to live. I have been here for almost a year and I LOVE IT HERE and the Apartments Are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL... The staff is WONDERFULLY FRIENDLY and UNDERSTANDING... The Grounds and the Apartment Buildings Are Kept BEAUTIFULLY and CLEANED REGULARLY and The Trash is picked up DAILY . Work orders are done PROMPTLT and PROFESSIONALLY .... They ALWAYS have tenant appreciation events and near and around the holiday Christmas they even allow your packages to be… delivered to the MAIN COMPLEX OFFICE located on the Apartment Complex Grounds to protect them from unwelcomed thieves I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE and I RECOMMEND Hunter's Crossing As Your 1st Choice ..

Bed bug infestation

I would not recommend moving here when we moved in. We did not have any bedbugs or anything because we moved from home, since we’ve moved in We’ve had to get the exterminator called out multiple times, and we’ve only lived here since December and every time they have to come you have to tear your whole apartment up for them to exterminate. This is an inconvenience for a resident, especially for how much they are charging. If you’re considering moving here, don’t and when you call the leasing… office or the management office all they have to say to you is Delaware has a bedbug infestation going on right now. And when we got treated for bedbugs, the first time we were told that normally only two treatments is needed. They’ve never had any resident that needed other treatments, which is a lie.

Don’t move here

The maintenance takes forever to come out and fix stuff. I moved in during winter time and had no working heat. I put in work orders almost every week and they didn’t come out to fix it until the end of winter so I was basically freezing all winter. Same thing with the ac during the summer time. They didn’t fix it until August. IMO these apartments are not worth the price they ask for. They are definitely not luxury, I can tell you that

RUN!!!

Painted tub, roaches in apartments and in the hallways, swarms of wasps in the summertime (they don't have anybody remove the hives),squirrels in the walls, no heat all winter (called multiple times) non working AC, no washer and dryer inside units (the washer and dryer costs $1.75 each and they barely ever work), no garbage disposal, no linen closet, bad pipes and leaky ceiling in the bathroom never fixed or repaired (called multiple times), rude and inconsiderate maintenance and rental office… staff. Too many cons and not enough pros for the price.
