DONT DO IT

Tried to submit this review 10 times and yet it won’t go through. Gross. Don’t rent here the people are horrible. Arguing with me over HVAC when I worked for an HVAC company for almost 10 years (and I was right). And then every charge you can imagine INCLUDING charging my card without consent. Not worth it. Cheaper and better other places.

Clogged drain - Same day service

Sent request for a clogged kitchen sink and an outlet issue. Not even 15 minutes later maintenance was at my door for issue. Both requests taken care of promptly.

Excellent management. property and location!

I am so happy that I decided to make Iron Hill Apartments my new home.
The property is nice, clean and well maintained.
I love my apartment; very spacious, a lot of natural light and great closet space!
The residents of the community are friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team are top notch.
I feel safe and at home here.
A special thanks to Carla and Bailey an awesome management team! Your caring, and helpfulness made this new chapter in my life a lot easier!

I moved here only because of Carla

You would never know anyone but her works there shes always answering my emails even after office hours listening to all of my needs here I will stay here as long as she works here she is a terrific young lady and makes you feel at home
