A Trollywood Star.
Located in Wilmington's answer to New York's West Village and LA's Weho neighborhoods,my Trolley Square (Trollywood to local residents), second floor one bedroom apt. with a balcony is ideally situated to observe (from said balcony),or join the enthusiastic energy just one flight down and one block walk to all the restaurants, bars and shopping, not to mention our new, majorly cool, wired, loungy, café! There's a big beautiful park (with river), two tree lined blocks away and downtown Wilmington... is a 15min. walk away. I think of the neighborhood as the perfect place to be, half country, half city and the apt. in a 1840 built Second Empire (French) style surrounded by a growing influx of young (I'm 55), people is the perfect mix of modern and old world, me and the bldg.apt.!

Perfect location, right in the heart of Trolley Square, Wilmington, Delaware. Ideally situated to observe or join enthusiastic energy just one flight down and your on the block to restaurants, bars, and shopping, not to mention our wired café for... morning coffee and eatery on site. There's a big beautiful park 2 blocks away; Brandywine River to include tennis courts, repelling & paths for walking, jogging or biking. Downtown Wilmington is only 15min. walk away on tree lined blocks or take the 3 bus routes right at our corner. The perfect apartment here goes with being in the heart of activity, with on-site service and quaint clean charming apartments; hardwood floors, fresh new windows with friendly property management and office on-site.
