Do Not Move Here, Just Find Somewhere Else
I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The onsite manager has been extremely unprofessional and unhelpful whenever issues are brought up. Instead of addressing concerns fairly, it feels like management is quick to add random charges and fees to tenants’ accounts whenever complaints are made by neighbors, even without properly investigating the situation.
The environment here has also been very uncomfortable because some neighbors are openly rude, disrespectful, and ignorant.... There have been multiple situations that felt discriminatory and hostile, which has made living here stressful on a daily basis. Rather than creating a welcoming community, management seems to ignore these issues and allows the behavior to continue.
On top of that, the rent prices are not fair for what is being offered. The apartments are very old and outdated, and many of the appliances and equipment feel worn down and poorly maintained. The pool is also rarely clean or properly maintained, which adds to the disappointment of the property amenities. For the amount tenants are expected to pay, the living conditions and overall experience do not match the price.
Overall, the constant problems with management, unfair charges, outdated apartments, poorly maintained amenities, and negative interactions with neighbors have made this a very disappointing place to live. I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to research carefully before signing a lease.
