Very nice community

Recently took a tour of Heritage Court apartments with my Granddaughter. The community was clean and the apartments are spacious and well maintained. The lady ( (Sharon) was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My Granddaughter is not looking until November but already knows this is where she wants to call home.

Wonderful place to live

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and just recently renewed my lease for another year. The office managers are wonderful and are quick to respond to any messages or concerns. Maintenance is also very prompt and friendly. The grounds and pool are also kept nice. Neighbors are friendly as well. Overall love it here!

Be careful

I like the location, but the apartment with many issues, the list is too long to type. One of my biggest concerns was that the windows did not lock and I lived on the ground floor and they did nothing about it. Another issue was mold, constant leaks in the ceiling and sink. Poor organization in the portal. Overall very cheap materials used in the building. Walls are very very thin. There was no light in my bedroom. Only reason there is 2 stars instead of one is because they are friendly and… they allowed my large dog to live there.

mold issues

We moved out due to unresolved recurring mold issues in our unit that was making us sick.
