Downtown Wilmington

This is my second year here and it’s been a pleasant experience thus far. The property team from management to maintenance have all been responsive and accommodating. The views and floor to ceiling windows are also a huge plus!

Great staff!

Our apartment is beautiful with an excellent view. The real highlight of this apartment is the staff. We are doing a short term rental - they were prompt in response, informative, and incredibly accommodating. Every aspect of our rental has been positive due to their kindness and attention to detail.

Gorgeous views and wonderful staff

I moved to River House Apartments in July and have really loved my time here. The views of and proximity to the Christina river are stunning, and everything is brand new. Yassmin, Rueben, Mariam, and Bob are also a delight and go above and beyond to help residents.
