Really love the neighborhood and community. The maintenance and leasing office teams are incredible. My only complaint is that when Trash Butler comes to take the trash, they line everything on the street until they pick up end of night and it takes up parking spots at night.

Overall, the property is well maintained and beautiful. The community and the leasing team have been helpful, and overall peaceful. My only complaint is the state of the apartment that was left behind from the previous tenant (we were told that a cleaning and maintenance work were to be done prior to our move in—an extremely basic one was done).
