Rude as ever. The property is very nice but the leasing agents are rude and I also feel as if we are paying for someone else’s utilities because we are rarely home.

The Place at Galleria is the most problematic place I've ever lived in.I have only been here 1 month and is at my worse end with the new management. First, Mrs Teresa and Krysti- the property managers are awesome. However, The Place at Galleria has recently sold to another management for the second time in 1 month. Now that really speaks volume for this property. It is true concerning the pest and plumbing problems. Our current apartment in the 900 building floods all the time, such awful smell.... Bless our new maintenance guy heart, he just walked into a trap house. He is very nice and immediately does his best to get the apartments back to live able conditions. Now we are literally forced to vacate our apartment and either downgrade to 1 bedroom apartment or a 3 bedroom townhome for more rent, when it’s not our fault that you didn’t keep your maintenance up on your building probably since the buildings were built. Then, to top the cake the new management is offering us $200 (a freaking slap in the face) to move. How irrational and greedy can you be??? Do yourself a favor and don’t come here to The Hood At Galleria. PS The 1 bedroom apartment have 8 people living in them and they take up all the parking.

The ladies in the office are awesome, very nice and easy to talk to, anytime i call in a maintenance request is tended to immediately. I really appreciate that. Its always quiet which i love.

The Place at hoover is actually the first apartment that I have rented and lived in by myself. As far as first apartments go, I think this is a great place. It's close to just about anything and it's pretty spacious. The only problem I would say this place has is a lot of malfunctions in the apartment like lights that won't work or locks that are broken. However, the maintenance is very quick to come fix any work order that I put in and I really appreciate that.

So this is my first apartment. It's cute quaint and to be really honest rent for life would be rather awesome.
