Trilliam Apartamentos

My family and I have lived here for almost two years. We’ve had an easy time until the last 6 months when issues throughout the community began. I won’t go into details, but I will say if you’re a family with children, I’d avoid this place at all costs. The management on site is fantastic. I can’t say enough about them; but their upper management cares nothing about the community or the residents, only their pockets being lined. Again, the management, Asia & Kamber, are awesome… But the company... as a whole is a nightmare. We’ll be moving out next month and I will NEVER refer anyone to this property again, and I have told so many people about how great it is in the past. I am pleased so far with the experience with applying and the responsiveness of the staff. I love the feeling of belonging to a community. The location is ideal for shopping and ease of access to I65. I look forward to enjoying my home for the next few years

Nice place to live either single or with a family...great layouts and floorplans and the pools and grilling area are definitely a big plus for friends and family!

Trilliam is an amazing community! The homes are so adorable and the staff always go over the top to help residents in any way. My family loves it here!
